    As banks in countries like the one of mine, China do not have IBAN number, It might be unreasonable to require this number when I wish to transfer the compensate to the bank account in my country.

    I was satisfied because of the speed of interaction. One point only - they called me, female, mister. May be they need to add a question - it is always found in airlines submissions - what do we call you? - Mr, Mrs or Ms?

    The only problem is having to send the signed papers by mail afterwards. Other insurers don't require this step.
