    I was satisfied because of the speed of interaction. One point only - they called me, female, mister. May be they need to add a question - it is always found in airlines submissions - what do we call you? - Mr, Mrs or Ms?

    The only problem is having to send the signed papers by mail afterwards. Other insurers don't require this step.

    The website is clear and easy to use. I believe it would be interesting if an invoice could be sent automatically with all the others documents while subscribing for an insurance plan. Saves times for everybody :)

    Your internet performance is really good but one of your call center agents told me that I can send you the documents per Email, that I have to sign. And that I do and I wait since 3 days to your respond.

    slightly slow to set up due to an extra clause being put into pre existing conditions but good service over all.
