APRIL International has welcomed its overall 5 Star award in the inaugural Health & Protection’s International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) Report published a few days ago. The survey was carried out amongst over 200 specialist IPMI brokers worldwide in 2021.

APRIL International n°1 in international health insurance for brokers

With an overall score of 88.2 out of 100, APRIL International was rated top by the 200+ brokers canvassed across all seven categories in the research:

  • Appreciating and developing my business (90%)
  • Claims handling (85.9%)
  • Compliance support (84.4%)
  • Ease of use of adviser-facing technology (81.5%)
  • Quote and application support (93%)
  • Speed of response to queries (94.8%)
  • Staff expertise and problem solving (92.2%)

The top award was achieved in the key business centred categories of staff expertise and speed of response. Many brokers emphasise these strengths as essential to fostering and developing a long-term client relationship.
